We bring some sweet heat with our Mango-Pineapple Chow Pepper Sauce. We recreate the flavors of this sweet and savory snack from Trinidad and Tobago, and put it in pepper sauce form. The combination of the herb 'Chadon Beni' (also known as Culantro) and scotch bonnet peppers are used to amplify, yet balance, the fruits and bring sweet tropical heat to any dish.
